Rules and Conditions of Participation

1. All printers in India having their own digital equipment are eligible to participate in the event.
   
   
2. Entries must be printed between 1st December 2007 to 30th November 2008.
   
   
3. Last date of receiving entries is 15th December 2008.
   
   
4. Do not staple or paste entry form on the entry.
   
   
5. Entries must be printed by the company submitting the work. Although agencies can nominate work, the actual entry must be from the printer who has printed the work. (Certificate do that effect is on entry form).
   
   
6. It is the responsibility of participants to obtain their client’s approval to submit the entries.
   
   
7. Two copies of each entry are required. However for Art Books/Heavier publications only one copy is acceptable. All entries are non-returnable.
   
   
8. All entries must be listed in covering letter.
   
   
9. Entries can be submitted in multiple categories. Just because the categories are divided as we have specified, it does not stop you from entering the same piece of work more than once.
   However in that case a separate copy of the entry will have to submitted with separate entry form.
   
   
10. Entries will be judged on the following criteria :
    (a)  Quality of Print
    (b)  Quality of Finishing
    (c)  Innovative use of Design
    (d) Innovative use of fabrication (where applicable)
    (d)  Innovative use of speciality media (where applicable)
    
    
11. The judges decision will be final.
    
    
12. Awards will be given for the Gold, Silver & Bronze position in all categories.
    
    
13. There will be three special awards for Best Innovation.
    
    
14. In case there is no deserving entry in any position/category there will be no award for that position/category.
    
    
15. In case there are two or less entries in a particular category there will be no award for that category.
